AllCardCelebration (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

• Email address and name (on registration)
• Card content you provide (occasion, message, inside jokes)
• Photos or image references you upload for illustration-style card generation, including face photos, pet photos, animal photos, object photos, or other reference images where supported (stored temporarily for up to 10 days, then deleted)
• Generated card images (stored for up to 30 days, then may be deleted)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we never store card details)

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the AllCardCelebration service, process payments, send transactional emails, create your card, support beta users, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Uploaded photos, references, and generated cards

Uploaded source photos or reference images are used to create illustrated, cartoon, or greeting-card style results. They are not intended to create photorealistic images. Source photos and references are kept for up to 10 days so we can support beta users, retry failed jobs, and keep regenerations consistent. Generated cards are kept for up to 30 days so you can download or share them.

Photos with more than one person

If you upload a photo that includes other people, you must have their permission to use it for a personalised card. Where a card should focus on one person, you should tell us who that person is. We do not ask AI to guess who the main person is.

Pet, animal, object, and other reference images

Where supported, you may upload non-human reference images such as pets, animals, homes, vehicles, or objects. These references are processed for card creation and safety checks, but they are not treated as human face verification and may have different quality limits.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at allcelebrationscard@gmail.com.

Subprocessors and regulator

Our current subprocessors may include Supabase for storage/auth, Stripe for payments, and the configured AI image provider for generation. UK users can contact the ICO if they are unhappy with how a privacy concern is handled.
